“Location clean”

“The place was clean and a nice apartment. We stayed only 1 night. Yes, there is traffic and you will hear it all night long, but it is what it is (if owner lists this, would you rent it?) The beds, for us, were so uncomfortable...too soft. But that's a personal preference. The ceiling fan made an intermittent noise that kept waking me. The towels were rough and felt like they were washed without softener. As others noted, there weren't enough towels and wash cloths for the number of guests...

“Ray to book . The small crafted tiny house is in a great location . A small Beach at the bay around the corner.I selected for access to see my sister who was one street down.I travel with my emotional support animal, my husband.I stayed downstairs with my dog. For people traveling with children or a couple there’s plenty of room in the upper level. It is clearly stated, the owner’s description about the ladder leading UpstairsWe knew that going in so we utilize the downstairs space as...

“We had a very comfortable one-night stay and would stay again if ever in the area. Late check-in was very smooth, and we found the space clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed. Getting heavy suitcases up the narrow stairway to the third floor (and trying to do so quietly during a late-night arrival so as not to disturb the neighbors) was the only thing we found a little difficult, but that was really nothing in the great scheme of things. Great hosts -- would definitely...

“Perfect location beautiful place”

“Clean, nicely appointed home, and a great location. While it comfortably sleeps 5, the pull out sofa for 2/5 isn’t very comfortable, as sofa beds typically aren’t.”

“Great stay! Lindsey was very communicative and made sure we had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again!”

“This house was absolutely perfect for our group’s trip to RI! Lisa is an amazing host, quick to respond to all of our questions. Such a lovely stay in Bristol thanks to Lisa’s hospitality”

“Perfect spot in Bristol! House was clean and well cared for. We had a great experience and the home fit our needs very well. We had easy check in/check out, great communication with the Hosts and an overall very comfortable stay at the cottage.”

“Great location. Walking distance to downtown. The property had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was excellent. We would rent again”

“Centrally located between Newport and Providence. Beautiful peaceful setting”

“Easy access and enjoyable space to relax during a busy wedding weekend”

“Stayed 3 nights in early October - 5 of us. Comfortable place and great location couple doors down from a great Mexican restaurant and a few blocks to the scenic beach area. Off street parking in rear was easy to access and the host was quick to respond to questions. Interesting historical property, had some quirky features like uneven floors, sticking doors, etc but nothing that caused any problems for us. The street is busy during the day but relatively quiet during the night. Would stay...

“We loved the apartment! It was exactly as pictured! It was clean. It was a perfect Bristol location for us! My only note to travelers is it is on a busy street so the front bedrooms can hear the cars and foot traffic from the restaurant below!”

“I do not recommend this place. We got almost no sleep our entire visit, there aren't real blinds on the bedroom windows - the blinds have gaps and don't block out light. The light from large liquor store sign across the street kept us up all night. The picture I included of the window was taken at 3 am, it's very bright. It's also very poorly insulated and we heard traffic all night. In addition to the noise and light, the unit wasn't well cleaned. We saw stains on one of the pillow covers, found...
